To accommodate expanding production scale, modernized automated production lines were launched, establishing industrial-scale organizational capabilities and achieving an operational model characterized by "zero inventory and high efficiency."

2017–2020
Established overseas raw material bases, ensuring a stable supply of high-quality, FSC-certified raw materials. This effectively mitigated risks associated with raw material price fluctuations and marked a shift from single-source procurement to a multi-source supply system, significantly enhancing supply chain resilience.

2021–2022
Successfully obtained BRCGS Grade B certification, further established a material traceability system covering the entire supply chain, and advanced the large-scale production of wooden coffee stirrers and disposable wooden cutlery.

Products were successfully sold to over 60 countries and regions worldwide; stable partnerships were established with numerous globally renowned brands, earning high praise and trust from customers.

2025–Present
Continuing to operate five production bases optimized for specific requirements; established a dedicated foreign trade department to integrate the entire supply chain-from procurement, processing, and manufacturing to export-ensuring traceability at every stage.
