Quality Control Process
Raw Material Inspection
For FSC-certified raw materials, checks for moisture content, material quality, and color consistency are conducted prior to production.
In-process inspection
Checking product dimensions, appearance, etc., during production, and conducting random sampling for each production batch.
Finished product testing
Testing the burr rate, surface smoothness, strength, moisture test, etc. of the product, and inspecting the packaging
Pre-shipment inspection
Verify quantities, conduct carton drop tests, check labels, etc., to ensure the smooth dispatch of products.
